Are you a lone parent who wants to study or look for work?

Lone parents who join New Deal for Lone Parents can get some help with childcare costs while they train for work, or search for work.

Contact your local Lone Parent Adviser at your job centre to find out more or get more details from www.newdeal.gov.uk.

If you enrol onto an approved course of up to NVQ level 3 or equivalent, that lasts up to a year, with your Lone Parent Adviser's approval, you may be eligible for financial help with childcare costs.

The course must be approved and lead directly to work so find out more about New Deal for Lone Parents before you enrol.
